About Me

I am a queer and trans/non-binary therapist, parent, avid reader, cat mom, and lifelong learner. I grew up in Parker, CO, and my own experiences with queerness, gender, and parenting shape the way I approach holding the therapeutic relationship. With over 9 years of professional experience, I bring a rich background of knowledge and empathy to each session.

In sessions, I am warm and compassionate and come with a genuine desire to know you and support you wherever you are on your healing journey; you are the expert on your life and experiences, and our work together is collaborative. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your feelings, experiences, and narratives. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, focusing on helping you build self-trust, self-compassion, self-agency, and deeper connections with yourself and others. Together, we’ll work towards embodiment and responsiveness in the present moment, empowering you to navigate life with intention and authenticity.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed addiction counselor in the state of Colorado. Because I strongly advocate for your wholeness–body, mind, spirit, and social context–I integrate numerous therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I utilize a strengths-based, body-centered, trauma-informed, intersectional, and liberation-focused approach to create a safe space for you to connect with your body and emotions. My goal is to help you break free from disempowering patterns and step more fully into your authenticity, aligning your actions with your core values. My work is grounded in systems theory (situating our personal experiences and stories within larger familial, social, and cultural contexts and stories) and queer theory (rooted in challenging normative assumptions and unhinging binaries). I have experience working with teens and adults in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, schools, and integrated care.

I look forward to working with you to help you reach a more embodied and connected life. Book a consultation today or reach out with any questions.
